Your tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your package ships, you receive an email with a tracking link. Delivery takes 4 to 7 business days.
Tracking not updating?
- Carriers can take 24 to 48 hours after pickup to show the first scan.
- If nothing moves for 3 business days, email support@pestcalm.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
No email?
Check your spam folder, then write to us with the name and email used at checkout. We will resend it.
Delayed beyond the promised window?
If your order cannot arrive within the delivery time we promised, we will contact you and offer the choice to wait or to cancel for a full refund.
